We want everyone to be able to read and use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on. This statement explains what we have done, where we know we can do better, and how to tell us if something is not working for you.
Our approach
We aim to meet the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as a design standard. In practice, that means we try to:
- use clear, plain language and a sensible reading order;
- maintain readable text sizes and sufficient colour contrast;
- make the site work on phones, tablets and desktops, and adapt when you zoom or change text size;
- write meaningful text alternatives for images that carry information;
- keep page structure and headings logical so screen readers can navigate them.
Known limitations
We are honest that no site is ever perfectly accessible. We are aware that some areas may fall short, and we work to improve them over time. If you find a barrier we have not listed, please tell us — real feedback is the most useful thing we can get.
Tell us about a problem
If you cannot access part of this site, or you need information in a different format — for example large print, plain text, or a version compatible with your assistive technology — contact us at info@coownershipsolutions.co.uk. Please tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will do our best to help and to fix the underlying issue.
Making your device easier to use
